Hi Ashley!
I have been dealing with IT issues on both knees. Not that I'm proud to say
that I join you in that struggle, but I can definitely empathize with you.
I don't have anyone in my area that practices ART. From what I've heard it
seems to be an interactive technique with you and your PT and/or
Chiropractor. I'm sure someone can go into more depth.
Good luck. I'm looking forward to getting healthy and start running again
too, but I need to get stronger before I can start logging anymore serious
mileage. My guess, is that I'll be able to be healthy and strong enough to
run my next half in January 2007.
Good luck. Let me know if you come across anything good.
