How to decide on surgery   Message List

I know that some people here have ultimately resorted to the surgery,
and others have had success with less invasive measures such as PT and
exercises. My question is how did you guys who did have surgery
ultimately decide upon it?

What was it that made you decide to stop depending on passive measures
and resort to the surgery?
