i skied for a week with ITBS (had it for a year at that time with no
improvement), and i was
surprised that i didn't have many problems. i did aggravate my knee at the end
of the week
though, after skiing in the bumps all day. i'd say that skiing with ITBS is
possible, but don't
push it too much. best of luck!
