Has anyone tried downhill skiing during or soon after recovering from ITBS?
What was the
result? What are your recommendations? I wonder if I can try skiing in Feb or
March?

I've been off of running a couple of months, switched to swimming for my
exercise,
stretching, heating pad, strengthening exercises, avoiding stairs and hills as
much as
possible. Progress is slow, but I think there is progress. I stopped "testing"
my ITB by light
running or hiking hills, as that seems to set me back again.

Thanks
Heidi
