I'm in the early stages of what I think is ITBS (calling the doctor on
Monday to confirm). I'm wondering which is better...the Foam Roller
or The Stick? It would seem to me that the stick would do a better
job, but would like to hear from those of you that have used both or
either. I know you all understand this, but HELP...I MISS RUNNING!
It's been 4 weeks and the rest, stretching, and ice hasn't helped. I
will admit though that every week I've gone out and "tested the
waters". Can only go 3 miles before it strikes and I end up walking
back to the car. Is this irritating it?
