Office sitting

Someone (Ann?) said how hard it is on the ITB to sit in an office chair all
day. I heartily agree!

To combat the pain, I've lowered my chair as much as I comfortably can and
prop my feet up on a coffee can. Turns out that the coffee can is the
perfect height :) I also try to get up and walk around at least once an
hour.

Does anyone else have ways of coping?

Janet
