Hey Donna
Don't forget to ice regularly when it flares up, and take
anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen. I would also be careful about how much
you are doing. If it is getting worse just be conscious of whether it's
because you are doing too much stetching etc. I learnt the hard way,
thinking I was being good by doing all my exercises/stretches/massage.......
and ended up making it so much worse. Rest is also an important part in
getting it better,
