ran Boston 3 weeks ago....gave running a rest for about 1.5 weeks. Just started
up again and after going out about 3 miles started feeling slight hip pain
accompanied by knee (outside left knee) along with a sciatic type pain.
I have stopped running, and am VERY frustrated
does it sound like ITBS?...how long does symptoms last...
any suggestions ??
thanks
Jack Lally
