So sorry-
hopefully this will help everyone as I LOVE this stretch-
The foot that is flat on teh ground that I refer to is the one in the front-
by putting it forward I mean just make sure to inch it a few more inches forward
than you would in the regular "proposal" position.

I cannot visualize this... When you get on your knee,
the bent leg is in the front and the other in the back.
So how can you put the foot that is flat on the ground
forward, when it is in the back?

To me, both knees are bent in this position. I think she means the foot that's on the leg whose knee is in the air should be brought forward and then you tilt...
