Tomorrow I going for my evaluation by an ART provider. I'll see if
he will do an MRI. I don't think I'm having near the extent of pain
that you are--I hope you are finding improvement!
I haven't run for 15 months, and so I usually don't have much pain
unless I'm wearing work boots or going down hills or stairs. I'm
hoping any inflammation I may have had is now gone, so that the only
problem is scar tissue. I guess I'll Know more tomorrow after the
appointment!

January, but in the meantime I had an MRI done of my knees, where
torn lateral meniscus was found. The doc says the pain from the
meniscus could be causing the IT band to contract in sympathy. If I
had just gone ahead & spent $900 or so on ART, it wouldn't have
helped.
