Description

Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS) is a knee pain that affects runners, cyclists, weight-lifters, really anyone who repetitively bends their knees while bearing weight. That includes pregnant women, though they generally get ITBS in their hip, rather than the knee.

This is a place for folks to post their symptoms, solutions, tips, presumed causes, favorite new articles or web page links.

You can receive these mailings when folks send them, get a daily summary, or only read the postings on the website.

Because of spammers, in order to be accepted to this group, you will have to give details in your application as to how long you've had ITBS, why you think it's ITBS, and what you've tried to do about it. Sorry for this extra step. If you don't send this information within 2 days of applying, you'll be rejected.

Disclaimer: By joining the ITBS forum, you are agreeing that any decisions about your medical condition are your own responsibility. You will not hold anyone who gives advice responsible for its results. Use common sense please.
