Hi Dmitry and all
Well, haven't been here for a long time but I also have some stuff
to add on that
It was nice too to meet you too the other day on the way out of the
train (: After seeing you going out of the train with your
bikes "just like that" I really thought that everything is OK and
back to normal..
I wanted to make sure though, so on my way to the train I stopped at
the train manager and told him that I wasn't allowed in with folding
bikes few days before and wanted to know if its ok now .. (ovcourse
I didn't tell him that I've seen someone just going through...). For
my disappointment he repeated the same as I got last time - "folding
bikes are not allowed, even if they are inside a bag".. write a
letter to Nziv Pniyot Hazibur" he said ..
well, I did that.. I've sent a complaint about this stupid new
regulation to the email and fax of this yariv agmon .. it was sent
in the 10-th of January and except of automated reply I got NOTHING
yet..when I called his secretary few days ago to ask why I didn't
get any reply she could just tell me "send again". She claims that
she cant know the status of handling my complaint since the emails
and faxes go directly to yariv agmon.. Well what does she do there
all day I was asking myself..
I couldn't reach yariv agmon in the direct number which Shelly gave
but maybe I didn't try hard enough..
I also tried to send the story to the red email of Ynet but got
nothing..
I have few more ideas regarding sending this story to the media and
I also defiantly think we shouldn't give up here.
Last, during this period I tried my luck again.. I went into the
train in the tel aviv university station but from rokah' side
(usually I come from ramat aviv side). I closed my bag completely
and this time no one stopped me .. And in Haifa hof hakarmel station
(where I come back from work) - nobody seems to care..
So bottom line I think we should make some noise here and im willing
to take a part.. We are not such a big population (to say the least)
and we are not so miserable (I mean there are other sectors like
handicaps which are much more miserable in some cases) so, for my
opinion, the strongest argument we have here is simply the STUPIDITY
of this decision.. And nobody likes to look stupid ..
Below I attached the letter I sent by me to MR. yariv agmon and the
automated (and only) answer which I got till now
Tomorrow ill try my luck again with my bikes (what a thrill) - ill
update you..
10x
Ran
