Three 2nd rows is not a bad plan at all. If someone does get injured a
player on call can join the squad within a couple of hours, unlike last
time when someone would most likely take 2 days to get out and another
week to acclimatize.

Am I alone in thinking it might be an idea for Eddie to take a leaf
out of Bernard's book, and go with 3 locks (probably POC, DOC and
Mal), and let an extra backrower cover the 4th 2nd row spot? Up to
now, Mick O'Driscoll has been considered possible backrow cover, but
given his performances in Argentina and when asked to play flanker for
Munster this season, I'd have to say I'd much prefer see Quinlan,
Heaslip or Easterby play lock than Micko playing flank.
Thoughts?
