Re: [irishrugby] Stretched to the limit ?

One question, why oh why oh why didn't Gavin Duffy travel? I mean he's a
bloody good winger, I didn't see the trial match but 3 tries speak for
themselves.
Maggs can do a job at winger, fair enough he might not be a speedster, but
he won't concede any either, thats for sure. From a personal point of view,
would love to see Donnacha O'Callaghan accomodated in the backrow, purely
cause he's an ex-teammate and a bloody nice bloke!!!!
The team I'd have would be:

15. Dempsey
14. Murphy
13. Bell
12. Henderson
11. Maggs
10. ROG
9. Stringer

1. Corrigan
2. Byrne
3. Hayes (is he injured?)
4. O'Kelly
5. O'Connell
6. Wallace
7. Gleeson
8. Miller

Hi Justin agree that Maggs has in the past been shown up for pace, and like you say he should stick to the centre. Topping has been in great from recently, and...

Agree fully about Gavin Duffy. I'd also go for Bell as he's good in defence and would even have him on the wing ahead of Topping. Topping might have been in...
