Not using a cycle lane, and police incompetence?
This has to be one of the worst examples of an ill-thought out and
dangerous cycle lanes I've seen, no wonder the cyclist wasn't using
it. I also can't believe the alleged responses from the police, it
seems like something from the Flintstones to me.
