Re: [Internal wushu bagua tai chi] Re: Question

well I think there are a few different 64 palm variations depending on the
family involved.. I know of the Gao family having a 64 palms, and I have seen
Cheng style 64 palm variations.. there may even be more.. but on the real, most
are probably pretty similar.. if you are just starting out you may want to start
with the 8 mother palms.. I am not sure of which one starts out with lion wakes
up suddenly.. my level of bagua study is still pretty limited..

also there are lots of vcd's out there with the forms and such on
them.. depending on what style you are dealing with I guess.. you
could start at plumpub.com they have a bunch of translationed manuals
and videos to go through.. maybe you can find what you are looking for
there?? www.chinafrominside.com is a good site to check out as well..

form. starting with the "Lion wakes up suddenly" so I want something
that covers this form. I could be wrong as I am new to bagua.
