Hello everyone,

Next weekend is almost here and we are gearing up for Xingyiquan with Shifu
Marshall and
"Large Dragon" Circle Walking with Shifu Painter! This will be an exciting
weekend and a
great opportunity to learn a complete practice method. Both seminars are open
to all
levels of ability.

The Xingyiquan will be a short, concise introduction to the essence of the art.
You will be
able to go home and refine what you learn over many months. For our Baguahzang
members, this will be the time to experience Xingyiquan with Shifu Marshall,
whom we all
know is a powerful Jiulong Baguazhang practitioner.

The Large Dragon series with Shifu Painter is what many have been asking for.
We will
practice this in-depth, spending three hours on each sequence, really getting
into the
methods. Beginners will have the time and support to learn the mechanics
and really take the practice home. More advanced students know the refining
needed and
will have the time to work out any existing challenges under the watchful eyes
of Shifu
Painter and Shifu Marshall.
