Hi All - just want to let those of you who are into the martial side
of Tai Chi know about a couple of theings.

I have just completed the first volume in a series of instructional
DVD's that deal exclusively with the martial/combat aspect of Tai
Chi, and the different types of training required to get it all to
work.

For my sins, I believe I was the first Tai Chi practitioner to fight
in professional no-holds barred tournaments in the U.K, and now
train a lot of national and international standard San Shou fighters
and cage fighters.

The first volume runs in at around 1hr 20min - and is pretty
detailed in the material it covers.

It is available on www.martialway.org - along with more detailed
information on what it covers.

Also there is a brand new forum on that site that deals with various
martial arts and also different aspects of strength and conditioning
training etc. It has just opened, but we hope it will develop
rapidly!

All the best

Neil R
