Here is Tuesday's workout schedule:You all just need to warm up1- 2 miles, stretches and 4 X 100m strides before we start the workout at 6:30 PM. Then do 7 X Hill repeats (400m in length), jog back to start and go again. Cool down 1 mile afterwards. See you all on Tuesday night. Thanks.
