Here is Tuesday's workout schedule:You all just need to warm up 2 miles, stretches and 4 X 100m strides before we start the workout at 6:30 PM. Then do 3x800m between 2:40-4:30 mins. (this will beat your 60% effort shape for this night), rest 3 mins. between each repeat. Then finish up 1 x mile (time trial) at your fastest effort. This is a fitness test to see where you all are at at this juncture of the early season. Cool down 1 mile afterwards.
