Greetings All!

We're now moving into a maintenance phase of our
season for about 4 weeks to get you through your final
races. Beginning tonight I'll reincorporate our
after-workout stretching as well, which I know a lot
of you enjoy. As we move into the off season, I'll
also start to focus more heavily on running drills and
strength exercises in addition to a low-key run
workout.

Here's tonights workout:

Be sure to warm up at least 15 minutes before
performing this run.

400 mod (T pace)
400 mod-hard ( I pace)
400 mod (T pace)
800 I pace
400 T pace
1200 I pace
400 T pace
800 I pace
400 T pace
400 I pace
400T pace

* groups 5-6 omit the 1200.
