Greetings All!
We're now moving into a maintenance phase of our
season for about 4 weeks to get you through your final
races. Beginning tonight I'll reincorporate our
after-workout stretching as well, which I know a lot
of you enjoy. As we move into the off season, I'll
also start to focus more heavily on running drills and
strength exercises in addition to a low-key run
workout.
