SVTC Members,
Thanks to all who signed up to clinics.
For those who have not, the Deadline for signup is almost here. There
are some slots available for clinics.
Registration for the clinics listed above will be accepted on a first
come, first serve basis. You can reserve your slot from the members’
area of the web site http://www.svtriclub.org/members/login.php, login,
select Clinic Sign-Up, select the clinics you want to sign up for, and
click Submit). I will be at the club meeting Monday to collect payment
for Muddy and Marc’s Clinics.
I remind all who signed up for Lisa’s HCT there is specific
equipment requirements. All participates will need one medicine ball
that weighs 2-3 kg or 4-6 lb. You may purchase a medicine ball through
Lisa for additional cost. Orders must be placed at time of sign-up.
You may also wish to bring a mat or towel for exercises on the ground.
All other equipment will be provided.
