Sorry for the mass e-mail. If you are signed up for HCT and have not recieved my e-mail about medicine ball purchases, it's because I don't have your e-mail address. Please respond to this e-mail so that I can be sure to add you to the HCT group list.  All information you will need will be sent out on a separate group list, so if I don't have your e-mail address, you won't be included.

There are at least 10 participants that I DO NOT have e-mail addresses for.
