Hi SVTCers,

It's that time again .. 2nd Monday of the month .. the SVTC General
Membership meeting. October 11th, Harry's Hofbrau, Saratoga and
Stevens Creek (off of Hy 280) - San Jose, beginning at 7 pm.

After some club announcements we will have two speakers. Both of
them are trainers of outstanding triathletes. The first is Marc
Evans who will share his notes on IM Canada and relate the story of
how one SVTCer overcame the challenge of an Ironman.

The second trainer is Muddy Waters. Muddy will give us a wrapup of
the 2004 season and will offer some tips on how to deal with the off-
season. He generally likes the Q&A format so have your favorite
question ready.

We will hold our goodie drawing after the speakers and I've been told
that Clif Bars will be making their come back.

So come early, grab some of Harry's food, chat with your friends, and
enjoy the meeting. See you there.
