Well I assume some of you have experimented with those magnetic signs
promoting your lessons that you stick on your car, any results?
With the slump in lessons I thought I would give it a try. First
decision was do I want it on the two sides or on the back? I concluded
that the places that I go skating I park nose into the space and the
back would give the best exposure to people and novice skaters
passing. Also I figured it would be better when stopped at a light.
I drafted a sign 2 1/2" high and 36" wide for the back of my SUV. Then
I had FastSigns quote it. The quote was $88.79. I considered that a
little steep so I went to Kinko's or what ever they call it these
days. The gentleman at Kinko's quoted $25, now that's a little better.
I inquired at Fast Sighns as to why they were so much more expensive.
They said because of better materials but they would match the
Kinko's price.
So, you can get a magnetic sign for your car for $25 at Kinko's.
