This is a huge space with a great wood floor where you can really get into the
skating groove. The music is old school funk and roller disco and it's always a
costume affair.

On Jan 20, we will have out first skate party of the 2009 at FunkyTown. It's
the Obama Inauguration Skaters Ball. This will be on a Tuesday night from 7PM
to 11PM. Come on out and celebrate one of America's most historic moments as
Barack Obama becomes America's 44th President. The event is being presented by
members of the California Outdoor Rollersports Association http://www.cora.org

On Friday, Feb. 13 we will move the action to the CellSpace in San Francisco.
The San Francisco Indefest rolls into town. Come join the GodFather of Skating
for a great skate party. The house will be packed at this will be a huge event.

Remember it all begins this Friday night Dec. 5 at FunkyTown, 1720 19th St.
(between De Haro and Wisconsin) in San Francisco. It's only $5.00 to attend.
It's $5.00 for skate rentals if you need them. There are plenty of skates
available both inline and quads.
