I feel your pain. The same thing happened to me. I was bombarded with return
e-mails about replica watches. I was digging through 500 messages a day making
sure I didn't miss people wanting skating lessons.

Hi again. Guess I should explain what appears to be a loss of my brand!
I still own the GetRolling.com domain and web site along with my
errant liz@getrolling address, which I always felt was part of my
brand. But after over 15 years of using it--and having it plastered
for most of those years on every web page--spammers in many languages
not only flood my inbox, they use MY address to spam others innocent
victims, which really kills me! So I am trying to start fresh with Gmail.
I am now forwarding all mail to liz@... to Gmail so I can
keep my eye on it while I transition the email address associated with
my many accounts and services still tied to it. Frankly, I didn't
realize how much work it was going to be to change. And my old
SpamKiller application was much better for quick review and delete
than Gmail is.
