RE: [inline-instruction] SAV

We are encouraging other skaters to look at what we are doing and do a local
version. The roadskate is meant to be sort of a "beacon" for skaters looking to
do more. I want to connect with skaters that would do this next year as a
national effort to promote the positive aspects of skating April 2009. I am
putting the finishing touches on the plan to present to everyone interested
later this week.

Hi all,

The Skate Against Violence sounds like a great skate and a great cause.
However, is it only held between SF and LA? I live in W. Florida (near
Tampa) and wonder: has anyone set a like event in motion on this
coastline?

SF's a bit far for me to go right now, but I would love to participate
in a skate against... well... anything. Anyone know if there's a
similar event on this side of the US?

All the best,
Graham
