Come race the only 15K in Orlando! The site is the beauty and serene Orlando
Wetlands Park in Christmas. Choose the 5K, 10K or the 15K distances and
stick around for the kiddie run (100 meters) where everyone is a winner.

All timing is performed with the world class AMB Chip system - the same
system used in the Olympics.

Marathon - January 22, 2005!

Moss Park Triathlon - June 6, 2004 - Registration Open

This triathlon will be held in the prisine setting of Moss Park in Southeast
Orlando. Swim the clear waters of Lake Mary Jane and ride on secluded roads
and then run on hard pack that WON'T hurt your knees, ankles or back! This
beautiful park is ideal to bring the family to and is part of the Orange
County Parks & Recreation department.

All timing is performed with the world class AMB Chip system - the same
system used in the Olympics.

Don't forget to get your Frequent Athlete Card stamped at registration. This
event is worth Orlando Athlete of the Year points.

Come race in the 'coolest' criterium course in Florida. Saturday is a 1.9
mile flat and shady course - while Sunday is THE Orlando tradition: the VA
hospital. 0.9 mile flat course.

We invite first time and experienced Inline Skaters to participate in the
Inline 1/2 Marathon on Sunday - the same course as the cyclists. Just not at
the same time!

All timing is performed with the world class AMB Chip system - the same
system used in the Olympics.

Don't forget to get your Frequent Athlete Card stamped at registration. This
event is worth Orlando Athlete of the Year points (for the skaters) and is
race 3 and 4 of the Orlando Cup.

As the name implies "U Can Du It" is an outstanding opportunity to see what
multisport is all about. Instead of swimming (like you do in a triathlon) -
in a duathlon participants run then bike then run again. Grueling yet
invigorating!
