Lots to talk about. First, thanks to everyone who played in the Fall
League. Congratulation to Superchief who beat FUBAR in the finals
last night 12-10.

Now for Winter League, which starts in less than three weeks. First,
if you have signed up but not paid yet, I would highly recommend that
you do so very soon. Right now we have about 30 open spots and about
40 people who haven't paid, meaning that 10 procrastinators are going
to be disappointed this winter. First paid and waivered (I just made
a new verb), first serve.

Second, I would like to announce that 8 women have agreed to captain
and/or manage a team this year. Yes, it's ladies' choice. I feel
confident that this will lead to some interesting teams and a fun
league.

Last, it looks like Wingin' It will sponsor us this winter and is
going to pony up for shirts. Team names are going to be based on
wing sauces. Will you be a Sweet Cajun, Hot Fried BBQ, Smokey
Mountain Garlic, or Plain?
