and plan to purchase a couple more as time passes. Both units were
being rented a couple of months ago prior at $600 and $650
respectively, but the previous owners tenants were not reliable and
the units are not up to my standards. You will have the added

So I'm looking for skilled inviduals who are willing to provide labor
in exchange for discount rent, I have most of the tools required and
will rent or buy ones that may be needed.

The new tenant should be comfortable with the above improvements or
should be able to have friends or family complete the projects.

If you are single person I can help on the weekends with the tougher
jobs, ie hanging cabinets etc, and have done all the above jobs prev
myself with the exception of refinishing floors

I am a very reasonable and honest person, and a respected professional
in my community. Everymonth we will decide what projects are to be
completed, and how much of discount is associated with each job, and
if your worried you will run out of work, im planning on buying 1-2
more units and also have a primary residence which has some work that
needs some work.

This would be perfect for:

Someone in the skilled trade, since most of you are slower in the
winter, you can do the work and earn your credit for future months
rent.

Students who are willing to shape the places up of the winter holidays

Couples or roomates who have skills, since they probably can complete
the required projects in one weekend. Any work done ahead of time will
earn rent credit for future months.

Short Term Tenants who have the above skills

As far as pets, we have 2 dogs ourselves. I wouldnt be very
enthusiastic about pets, but would consider if pet is non destructive,
completely housebroken, and additional security is paid (Doors were
destroyed by the prev tenants pets).
