Hi all,

I still need a few more xc jump judges.  not all positions will go all day...so
if you can only give a few hours, we can still use ya first thing in the
morning!  please let me know!

I will be sending out information for all my confirmed judges soon, but cross
country starts at 10:30 am, so we will be meeting at the water complex for our
briefing at 9:15 am.  There are 89 competitors and most are at the N and BN
level, so it will be a fast moving paced day!

Please send your upcoming prize lists, clinic flyers, registeration and entry
forms for posting on the IEA website.

Also, calendar updates and additions are needed.

Send them to theodays2003@... for publication on the IEA calendar.

Dear IEA members:

You can now submit nominations for the IEA "rider of the month" and for the IEA
"volunteer of the month". Once someone is chosen they will be highlighted on the
IEA website, www.indyeventers.org.

We need to know WHY you think that person should be nominated as well as the
following criteria for:

Rider of the month:
1. Current IEA member,
2. Email or phone number to contact them.

Volunteer of the month:
1. What they have done specifically for the IEA,
2. Email or phone number to contact them.

Deadline for submissions is June 25th. Individuals will be highlighted during
the month of July with pictures and a bio telling all the great things about
that person. :)

Our next meeting will be at the University of Indianapolis.
