Join us at Wind and Withers Tack in Milford Ohio, on Saturday March 3, from 12 to 2, as we explore Connectivity - the fascinating physical inter-relationship between our horse's body and our own.  Connectivity will feature Nancy Nicholson, PhD., author of the book Bio-Mechanical Riding, and local FEI Grand Prix Dressage competitor Sue Kolstad - USDF Gold medalist, Large R Judge, and certified instructor.

Connectivity will be the first occasion Dr. Nicholson's concepts have been demonstrated with living models. Dr. Nicholson's research and computer modeling offer a fresh insight into the physical interaction between horse and rider.

Connectivity will feature:
 
•    Live demonstrations featuring the illustrated biomechanical horse and rider.
•    Lunging and free-schooling exercises with advanced level dressage horses – horses that are illustrated with the  equine skeleton and primary muscular systems.
•    A demonstration, and in-depth discussion, of how the equine body functions during training exercises.
•    A demonstration and in-depth discussion, of how our body interacts with that of our horse while riding.

The final portion of Connectivity will demonstrate the illustrated rider executing specific mounted techniques from Training Level through Grand Prix, following the USDF endorsed Training Scale.
