Hmm, that means I should buy a pair of trail running shoes soon so I
would still have time to break them in before the race.

By the way, are you guys joining both the PATAFA and the Global City
Run? I might make a pass on PATAFA. I haven't ran for almost three
weeks now. Need to start training again especially for Men's Health.
I'll try the eco-trail in Camp John Hay for start. Hehe!

For short speed run i wear my Nike sneakers (not familiar with the model :) )
But for a long run i prefer wearing my RC1000 New balance, it's very comfy, lots
of cushion.
Again i haven't tried trail running but i have a couple of north face shoes pero
i used for
location shooting lang. hehehehe

Yes, Ben. Closer to trees and away from from pollution is always
better. Better get a good pair of trail shoes though.

I'm not sure about an on-site registration. Pero most of PATAFA sponsored event
don't
have on-site registration. Better give them a call, they might have another
registration
option. I remeber with the milo event some people where able to reserve
registration slots.
then pick up nalang on-site.

wahhhhhh!!!!!! geezzzz, looks like ayaw tayo pag meet jack. Now, i'm the one
who's
going to be out of town this sunday. :( will be going home in the province
for the holy
week. Yup, im going home with my running stuff. There's a nice 800 foot high
hill in my
hometown. Its a very nice 12~15 minute hill training. :)

I don't run hard naman jack, easy long run lang on sundays. Sayang talaga.
Anyway lets try
meeting next sunday. I ran into some guy last sunday who said that there's
going to be an
event next weekend. Might be a 10km run. Don't know where also. Pero it's going
to be
sponsored by PATAFA daw. I'll try to get in touch with the PATAFA office and try
to get
more schedule info para naman updated tayo dito.

Sayang... anyways every sunday naman long run sched ko.

My usual route is CCP area cause its the one nearest, pero on a weekend ok
makati area
and fort boni.

hmmmm... nice ang UP area, i remembered my first 10km event was in held there. I
was
forced to run just to pass a subject in college. hahahaha We all had to run the
Habitat for
Life 10km. :) The thing that i like there is that no heavy car fumes. and lots
of trees.

Yeah a weekend run in UP would be nice too!
