this week has been crosstraining week for me naman. only ran
yesterday morning pero tinatamad lang talaga ako dahil panay takbo
ako last week. namimiss ko na ang pool!!! pero ang nakakatuwa, this
has been my 4th 10k and my body's getting pretty accustomed to it.
no intense pilay body pain for me despite running more than 10k,
just slight muscle burn sa calves. later i shall go swimming at
makati aqua sports, who wants to join? i'll be with jed. :)
