So what is judo like i have seen it on tv and was
not impressed by it. i do not mien to pull any one
down i would just like to know more about it and what
i have seen i did not like but that was just tv and
maybe the style has more to offer than what i have
seen.

Well I will start with congratulating Simon, John

real reason for this post!! The next B.M.A.A grading
will be in 2 parts each lasting 4 hours!! We talked
about the new setup for about a hour and have set a
basic plan for the next grading, but before that all
the senior grades are going to test the new format
