A.K.A. England would like to invite you to field a team of Athletes to
compete in our International Amateur Kickboxing Championships in
England on Saturday 10th February 2007.

Entry fee per athlete is £25.00.

Basic Show details:

Olympic Amateur Style - Electronic scoring on visual scorboard, and
full protective padding to be worn ( Supplied by A.K.A. England ).
( Headgear, Bodyshield, Forearm/Elbow pads, Shin pads, 16oz Gloves )
K-1 Style Kickboxing Method : Kicks ( including Knee-Kicks, and
Holding Knee-Kicks - with max clinch time of 5 seconds ). Punches (
including Spinning-Back Fist and Flying punch ).
Draw decisions = extra rounds until a there is a winner.

Please read the A.K.A. Rules, and also watch on the Free Video
Downloads some A.K.A. Kickboxing contests, to give you a clear
understanding of the Amateur system used by the A.K.A.

Entries must be submitted before Sunday 4th February 2007 at the latest.

Please enter your athletes early to avoid disappointment as there will
be a maximum of 40 contests on the day ( 80 entries ).

Where International athletes are experienced ( Champions ) there will
be A.K.A. Championship bouts contested. Maximum 10 Title bouts.

Please bring a national flag, and also a CD of your national anthem
for the openning ceremonies.

All athletes must be Amateur in classification. No Professional athletes!
