Hi Rick,
You make a very good point, far too many people do not take
the "Fight or Flight" syndrome into consideration and another part
that's missing is the after fight scenario? What do you do next
after you have successfully defended yourself or escaped from your
attacker? Dealing with the Police can be an ordeal in its self
especially if you've never had any previous experience.
Then we have our attackers? Do they need medical attention and what
are the consequences of not providing it, yes they may well deserve
to spend their last moments of life laying broken in a pool of their
own blood but what will a jury think (and will you be able to live
with yourself).
