Re: Aloha Everyone

Hi and welcome to the group, as you have probably gathered this group
has become more of a notice board of recent but your input is more
than welcome and makes a refreshing change.

I don't get much chance to train on my own anymore and I'm looking
for ways at the moment to cut down a little on my training schedule.

Feel free to add your martial arts websites to the groups link page
or post some photos in the album.

Keep kicking Trev

I have three martial arts ezines, Kwik Tips, The Martial Arts Ezine,
and the Combat Martial Arts Ezine. I'd be happy to share Kwik Tips
with you. It's short, to the point and could get some discussions
going.

with weekly to twice a week training partners. I train primarily
for realism, situations, and fitness (wouldn't know it by looking at
me).
