Dear Sirs,

It is with great pleasure that I would like to take this time to
introduce to you, an upcoming Kata and Sparring Tournament to you and
your students that would be a positive and rewarding experience for
your students.

Our Tournament, entitled, the Cowtown Shootout will take place on
August 16 at 9:30am at the Green Oaks Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas and
will feature Sparring and Traditional Kata divisions for all
students, regardless of age, but divided by rank and age for
competitiveness.


In each Division we will award trophy's for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
competitors. Our trophies are unique in each Place. And, as an added
bonus, all pre-registered competitors will receive a Cowtown Shootout
T-shirt, a $15 value.


For schools, we have an award too. We feel that without a Martial
Arts School's help we would not be able to provide tournaments, and
your School should be rewarded for this. To show our appreciation for
your hard work we will be awarding a special Trophy to the Martial
Arts School with the highest percentage of students that take home
Trophies. This Trophy will look great on your "Wall of Champions."


In order to make this a success for everyone, we are in need of Black
Belts and Advanced Belts to assist as Judges, Scorekeepers, and as
Timekeepers. These individuals would have positions of responsibility
and for their time, their skill, and their judgement, we have
discounted the entry fee to just $5.00.
