Dear Fellow Martial Artists, I have made a video that I think you
would find interesting. In this video I teach only the most pratical
techniques. The focus of this video is how to fight in the clinch
position, this position very important because it allows you to
control your opponent. When in a real fight the action is fast and
it is hard to think clearly. When you obtain the clinch postion, you
are able to slow the action down and allow yourself to get your head
together. This position is also good because most people do not know
how to fight from it. I first show you how to close the distance
from both a defensive and offensive perspective. Then I show you how
to overwhelm your opponent with knee strikes, elbows, chokes,
takedowns, and basic groundfighting. In the second part of the tape
I show counters to various holds including headlock, bearhug, choke,
full-nelson, and more. What I am trying to do with this video is
give people a group of moves that have been tested and can be applied
in a stressfull situation, it is not mean't to be a new system or
style, The video is about 1 hour 15 minutes. This video would be an
excellent supplement to your Martial Arts training. If you are
