Re: Self-Defense That Works For REAL!

I don't mind one off adverts been posted but as your site seems a
little low on information about your training program maybe you could
supply us some more info so to help promote your video!!!

So can you tell us the basis of your system and what it focuses on,
also what is your ethics on self-protection?

I ask these things because I get loads of E-mails from people
claiming to have developed new styles or ground breaking self-defence
systems that are nothing more than one way tickets to disaster. They
usually don't realise that just because the techniques work for them
it may not work for everyone else.

For example at the end of last Mondays class we did some basic self-
defence techniques and some of my students could not get some of the
techniques to work for them. In response I told them not to worry
about it as their body movement did not flow the same as mine so I
helped them improvise (as you always do in a real fight anyway) and
come up with a variation on the theme of the original technique.

I know how my body moves and reacts but most people think they have
to move just like their instructors, this is not always possible as
we are all different.

Keep kicking Trev
