Hi Istanbul Hashers! 
Here is the summary of the Run #1208. (I believe the recent hash camping counted
as a run, which makes it run #1207?) Enjoy!

What a cozy run! This run was set by two hares - What's on TV and JuneBug.  The
run began at the lower entrance to the Ulus Park and although the hares did not
have a chariot, Lost Call arrived triumphantly with her charriot and a cooler
filled with beer, Sprite and water that K9 kindly purchased the evening before
although he couldn't join the run.  Despite a late start and much confusion as
to who was still to come,  a cozy group of 6 - Vacumn Cleaner, Sugar Puff, Lost
Call, Sludge Hammer, What's on TV and JuneBug - set off on a nice flat, easy and
cool city run through and around Ulus Park and its neighborhood at 3 pm.  (ok,
not so flat or cool, but it was short and nobody complained about getting a bit
of tan.)
When we passed an area under a bridge, we heard a rumbling noise, "blurrrrpppp",
that resembled so much of Brewer's Droop's burp; however, it was only an
oversized sheep.  The boys rushed ahead and MOOS power walked the run, however,
the one "short cut" that the MOOS took unfortunately skipped the first Holding
Check, which was pointed out and given a down-down for later during the circle. 
Our honorary GM and RA spot was filled by VC and Ghostbuster made a quick
appearance for the circle before heading to an emergency 24-hour dentist for his
toothache.  He was a trooper - despite the pain and being on antibiotics, he
accepted two down-downs of Sprite. On on on was at an old hash bar in Ortakoy,
extra festive because Sugar Puff remembered that only a few days ago was VC and
her 12 year anniversary!
The next run will be on Sunday, July 20, with the hares and location to be
confirmed.  Have a week everyone and see you again soon.
