Master Li demonstrated the Form on film in the early 70s and it was made available to some of his original students. I found a short portion of the film at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WWeKIM8gSk. Master Li was also filmed demonstrating the Form while visiting Denmark in the mid-1970s and again in the US about 1980.
