My practice times unfortunately vary. I go through periods of
practice almost every day, and at those times my arthritis and
associated problems do better. Other times (like now) I probably
practice once or twice a week and feel worse. I'm still unsure if
it's the pracice make things better or if I practice more when I
feel better already. Probably a little of both.
I do seem to enjoy practicing in the morning. After work I'm usually
pretty drained.
