At this time, her mom has finally been discharged after ten days in the hospital. However, her mom and dad still need quite a bit of assistance from her, so she is temporarily staying in San Antonio for a while longer. She extends her appreciation for all of your thoughts and prayers.
Estelle Bijnen is traveling from the Netherlands again to play in the Hunter in Tulsa. She is looking for a roommate and I've already made plans. Do any of you need a roommate?

Lake Jackson, TX is a very small town. Roughly about 30,000 people. I
think I stayed smaller hotel (can't remember the name right now) by myself
and that was totally fine. I didn't feel like I wasn't safe. I beleive
we are staying at the Super 8 this year, and I've never really had a
problem with any Super 8 I've ever stayed at.
Lake Jackson is a good hour drive from Katy. I've done that before and
wouldn't recommend it, especially for Sunday.

Our place to stay just fell through, and now I am trying to find a
hotel at the last minute. Can anyone tell me where it is safe for two
females to stay? I looked at some pics on the web, but can't really
get a feel for if the place is safe to stay at.
Also, does anyone live in the Katy area that drives in in the morning?
I have friends I can stay with there, just wasn't sure of the drive.
Thanks bunches!

Huge congratulations to Amanda Lampert for winning the Regional Tour Championship tournament this weekend in Florida! She went undefeated through a very tough field and ended by beating Rachael Abbink 9-5 in the finals. Our own Heather Pulford - Lloyd finished 3rd (I was SO pulling for an all-Hunter finals!) and Melinda Hinojosa a very respectable 5th-6th! Hunter Tour ladies ROCK!
Amanda receives PAID entry into every WPBA event for the 2007 season.. best of luck and I'm glad Amanda and Heather both get the chance to play with the big girls again!
Thanks, Leslie! :)

*much* closer!
