Lake Jackson, TX is a very small town. Roughly about 30,000 people. I
think I stayed smaller hotel (can't remember the name right now) by myself
and that was totally fine. I didn't feel like I wasn't safe. I beleive
we are staying at the Super 8 this year, and I've never really had a
problem with any Super 8 I've ever stayed at.

Lake Jackson is a good hour drive from Katy. I've done that before and
wouldn't recommend it, especially for Sunday.
