Welcome to the HPE-List mailing list. This list is for and available to anyone who is interested in upcoming bike, swim, run and/or multisport workouts, events, social gatherings or earning themselves a sporty new nickname. The list is owned by Jeff Devlin - Human Performance Engineering/Train-Smart. If you are looking for someone to train (or drink) with in the Southeastern Pennsylvania (particularly the Downingtown/West Chester PA area) you can find them here - just a bunch of regular (hardly!) people who love swimming, biking, running and Guinness (not necessarily in that order).
We welcome athletes of all abilities to come and join any group workouts that are ongoing or get posted to the list or to post any training or related news they may have.
