To use the tire-easy.com site, choose [165] / [80] R [15] and click on
Winter tires. They also list a Capitol Metric Radial with M+S rating
(though it doesn't look like it would make much of a snow tire).

I have a set of 155x15 Joki Rallye Tyres that have seen only very limited
use, but the knobby blocks are so deep they would only be suitable for deep
snow. Besides there are cracks between the blocks, so I doubt I will ever
really get to use them.
