Hi there-
This is a 100/100 club reminder!
It's a tradition at Hillcrest to do 100 pushups and 100 situps every
day from January 1st to March 31st to get the new year going! This
also helps from accumulating too much blubber if you happen to live in
a cold-weather climate, such as Cleveland right now (it's about 5
degrees farenheight outside).
Of course, if you're *already* doing 100/100, then double it. :-)
